  2. Do I have to have UnitedHealthcare Vision insurance to purchase contacts on uhccontacts.com? No, purchases on this website can be used with or without your insurance benefit. Any purchase not using your insurance would be considered a standard retail purchase, or like visiting an out-of-network provider. We include an invoice with your shipment that can be used to file a claim with your insurance company for reimbursement if you have an out-of-network contact lens benefit. Whether you use your insurance or not, you will always get a 10% discount just for buying online with us!

  14. Does uhccontacts.com have access to contact lens promotional offers? Yes, in fact, uhccontacts.com has access to promotional offers that a lot of other websites don't. Most promotions are in the form of a manufacturer rebate and require the customer to redeem them online at the manufacturer website.
  15. Will uhccontacts.com swap out my disposable contacts if my prescription changes? No, uhccontacts.com does not swap out prescriptions. You would need to reorder contact lenses with your new prescription.
